I had a problem with one PIR which is a motion sensor. Erica was very patient with me on the phone and explained how I could bypass the zone in the interim until a technician was available to trouble shoot the problem. She expertly walked me through the process of programming the panel so I could still set my alarm by temporarily removing the troubled zone from the system. She set up an appointment for a tech rep to call me. I could not have done any of this without her help.

On the appointment day, Tony (the technician) called to help resolve the issue. He was very knowledgeable, personable, and patient as well. He expertly explained what I needed to do and how to do it. He walked me through every step until we solved the problem. This included removing the unit, testing the battery, replacing the battery, testing the new battery, programming the control panel, and testing the system to ensure the PIR worked and that the alarm enunciator worked as well. I highly recommend Alarm Relay since Erica and Tony are great representatives with the requisite knowledge and skills to do the job very well.
