1. You’re Not Paying the Middle Man
Our customers buy our product directly from the source: us. We don’t rely on a “middle man” to sell our products or procure our customers. Having a middle man would put a mark-up on the base fee; instead our customers simply pay the base fee for our services.
As a result of doing everything in-house, our operating costs are all contained in-house. Our fees reflect what we need to keep our central station and services running—nothing more.
2. You’re Paying for Alarm Monitoring, Not Overhead Costs
At Alarm Relay, we specialize in commercial and home alarm system monitoring; fortunately we’re able to keep our overhead significantly lower than many other alarm companies. Since we take over existing alarm systems and encourage DIY installations, there is no need for us to employ installers and technicians nationwide. At Alarm Relay, we have a Remote Access Management Department. Technicians in this department are able to remotely program panels throughout the country by instructing customers over phone. As a result, our customers are not charged a higher rate to cover shipping fees, manufacturing expenses, gas and trip charges, and other overhead costs—customers only pay the cost of the alarm monitoring service itself.
3. We Operate Remotely Through the Internet
Thankfully, the rise of the Internet has made it possible for us to not only provide internet alarm monitoring, but also to make ourselves available to customers all over the country.
