The below pricing policy is based on landline monitoring only.

• Initial Year: $107.40 – $8.95/month billed at an annual rate of $107.40
• Second Year: $119.40 – $9.95/month billed at an annual rate of $119.40
• Third Year: $125.40 – $10.45/month billed at an annual rate of $125.40
• Fourth Year: $167.40 – $13.95/month billed at an annual rate of $167.40

After the fourth year, Alarm Relay may adjust pricing based on market conditions. Add-on services can drive the cost of monitoring to a higher monthly rate. Those services include cellular monitoring, internet monitoring, commercial opening and closing transmissions, and others.
