The ADC-SEM210-PS-VZ is a dual path system enhancement module that uses both cellular and broadband connection for reliable communication path.The LEDs can be used indicate different function status: communication error, panel communication, network communication, and signal strength.
To enable wireless reporting of alarms and other events, the SEM should be used with DSC PowerSeries PC1616, PC1832, and PC1864 panels. It is the primary path to communication for alarm signalling to the central monitoring station. Home automation services with built-in Z-wave capabilities is also one of the features of ADC-SEM210-PS-VZ.
