You are already being called when your alarm goes off… Now you can receive an email notification as well. We will email you an activity report of your alarm history every time we receive an alarm from your home or business.
You will be able to see what activity the central station received, when it was received and how the alarm was handled.
I am in Jacksonville, FL. In the middle of 60mph winds, record rainfall, power flickering and phone lines spotty, I get a call from the AlarmRelay Alarm Center.
They inform me that I have a low battery and that a trouble signal has been detected. They ask if I'm okay. They ask if there are any notifications that can be made to help me.
After the storm, right on time, just as promised, I get a call from AlarmRelay to make sure everything is properly back in service.
